  • 30-Day Return Period: Customers may request an eligible return within 30 days after receiving the order. This voluntary return period does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
  • Starting a Return: Email info@keviox.shop with the order number, purchaser’s name, affected product, reason for return, and photographs where the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Do not return goods before receiving instructions.
  • Return Condition: Products should be unused, complete, and securely packaged, with their original labels, accessories, manuals, and packaging where reasonably possible. A deduction may apply if unnecessary handling has reduced the product’s value.
  • Non-Returnable Products: Returns may be excluded for personalized goods, opened sealed hygiene products, fully supplied digital content where the withdrawal right was validly waived, and other items lawfully excluded from withdrawal.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Report damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect products promptly. We may request photographs or other evidence and provide repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as required by law.
  • Return Delivery: Return instructions and the applicable postage arrangement will be provided by email. The business address must not be used as a return address unless we expressly confirm it.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Under a statutory withdrawal, reimbursement will be made within the legally required period, although it may be withheld until the returned goods or proof of shipment has been received.
  • Original Delivery Charges: Where required by consumer law, the least expensive standard delivery charge will be reimbursed. Additional costs for premium or express delivery are not necessarily refundable.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges depend on availability. We may ask the customer to return the original product and place a separate replacement order.
  • Statutory Rights: EEA consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for eligible distance purchases. The store’s 30-day return period is an additional benefit and does not replace warranty or conformity rights.
