Terms of service

  • Business: keviox.shop is operated by ISM Automotive Tech GmbH, Paulstraße 75, 44653 Herne, Germany, represented by Managing Director Ismail Cakil.
  • Application: These Terms govern use of the store and purchases made through it. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
  • Permitted Use: Customers must provide accurate information and must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the store for fraudulent activity.
  • Product Information: Reasonable efforts are made to describe products accurately. Display settings, production variations, or photographic conditions may cause minor visual differences.
  • Orders: Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirmation is not necessarily acceptance. A contract is formed when the order is expressly accepted or dispatched.
  • Availability: Products and quantities may be limited. If an accepted product cannot be supplied, the customer will be informed and any amount paid for it will be refunded.
  • Prices and Payment: The applicable product price, currency, delivery charge, and total payable amount are displayed before checkout is completed. Payment providers may apply separate terms.
  • Delivery: The estimated delivery period is 3 to 12 days after dispatch unless another period is displayed for the order. Carrier disruption and events outside reasonable control may cause delays.
  • Returns: Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Statutory withdrawal, defect, warranty, and conformity rights remain fully applicable.
  • Intellectual Property: Store text, branding, photographs, graphics, layout, and software may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization, except where permitted by law.
  • Third-Party Services: Payment, delivery, social-media, and other external services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
  • Liability: Liability remains unlimited where legally required, including for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, and mandatory product-liability claims. Other limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
  • Governing Law: German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of habitual residence.
  • Changes: Revised Terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter accepted orders unless required by law.
