Shipping policy
- Delivery Estimate: Orders are normally expected to arrive within 3 to 12 days after dispatch.
- Order Preparation: Orders are prepared after payment has been authorized. No separate processing-time commitment is made unless one is displayed during checkout.
- Shipping Confirmation: Where available, dispatch and tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied with the order.
- Address Responsibility: Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
- Delays: Delivery may be affected by carrier capacity, public holidays, customs procedures, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
- Missing Orders: Customers should contact info@keviox.shop with their order number if the parcel has not arrived within the stated estimate.
- Damaged Parcels: Visible packaging damage should be documented where possible. Customers should retain the packaging and provide photographs when reporting the issue.
- Customs: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or clearance requirements according to destination-country law and the information presented at checkout.
